Returns Policy

No liability is assumed by Virtual Pilot for the cost of goods returned for any reason.

Where the error is caused by Virtual Pilot, a credit may be issued at the discretion of Virtual Pilot.

Delivery Policy
Our default policy for all in stock items to ship on the next business day.

Many items are shipped same day should the order be received early, however it is not guaranteed.

No liability is assumed by Virtual Pilot for the non-delivery of goods unless a shipping option which includes insurance is selected as the delivery option.

We ship to the following countries / regions:

• UK
• EU member states
• USA
• Canada

Other regions are offered upon request.

Shipments are made only upon receipt of cleared funds.

This does not affect any statutory rights.
